Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Del Riego began his career in the freight industry in 1974. In 1999, after a successful series of creating and managing freight companies, including building a U.S. logistics company with over $100 million in revenue, Mr. Del Riego transitioned into software by founding Athena Information Systems. After it was sold, he then headed Active Freight as President growing the company seven-fold prior to joining PayCargo as President and CEO.

Mitchell P. Baxt

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Mr. Baxt is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling and process improvements. He is involved in the overall commercial strategy of PayCargo leveraging his long-time relationships with major carriers and shippers.

Juan C. Dieppa

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Mr. Dieppa is dedicated to PayCargo's go-to-market strategy and has operational responsibility for all department areas. He coordinates the planning process and implementation of strategic initiatives with other senior managers, including marketing and brand positioning.

Jason Webber

Chief Legal Officer

Mr. Weber is uniquely suited to his role as Chief Legal Officer of PayCargo because his background as the founder of Xander Law Group, P.A., one of South Florida’s fastest growing law firms. His experience as a commercial litigator makes him an astute problem solver and negotiator. Mr. Weber has represented PayCargo since 2013 and has been an active member of the management team since 2016. Mr. Weber’s responsibilities include overseeing legal initiatives in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Mr. Weber is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Business and the Rutgers School of Law and he successfully matriculated at the University of Miami’s Real Estate Development LLM program.

Timothy Walton

Vice President of Sales

Mr. Walton is responsible for the 3PLs and Beneficial Cargo Owners sales divisions. With over 20 years of international sales and operational management experience in the logistics industry, Mr. Walton has managed offshore offices for ocean carriers such as Sea Land, Crowley and NPR.

Leonardo Hanon

Executive Vice President

Leonardo Hanon, as Executive Vice President of PayCargo, oversees the PayCargo – CNS partnership, working with the airlines on integrating their systems with the PayCargo-CNS system. Mr. Hanon is a solid professional with over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management and leadership.

Thomas is an experienced entrepreneur. His dual-background in technology and finance matched with experience in startups has consistently helped him drive growth and enhance profitability for multiple startup companies. Throughout his career, Thomas has been an investor, advisor and consultant to cutting edge technology companies.

Olivier Carissimo

Vice President of Technology

Mr. Carissimo is responsible for managing the PayCargo system. He began his career as a web developer and grew to become an application architecture specialist, which took him around the world to places such as North Africa and Southeast Asia. After being based in Paris for 12 years, he founded his own firm in Miami. The team has been evolving, and has grown to have a client list of over 40 clients since 2015. Today as part of the PayCargo team, Mr. Carissimo runs the development team and looks to apply upcoming innovations in technology to concrete projects.

Mr. Lemme has over 21 years of experience in the worldwide freight industry. In 1987, he founded a highly successful third-party logistics company providing volume cargo solutions for major air and ocean carriers. Through his business venture, he developed a strong network of the industry’s top-level management and went on to establish PayCargo.

Larry Brandt

Chairman of the Board

Throughout Mr. Brandt’s career starting in 1979, he founded, expanded, managed, and sold a series of successful tire dealerships. He is currently President of the United Tire Group and runs a consulting firm, Brandt Marketing, directed towards tire dealers and remains active in the industry. Mr. Brandt is also the co-chair for TIA’s Environmental Action Committee.

Hideo Ito

Board Director

Mr. Ito is the Founder & CEO, H.I. International Consulting, LLC, and has more than 36 years of experience within Toshiba Corporation. During his time there, he held a variety of corporate positions and functions including international licensing, strategic business planning, overseas operations manufacturing, and executive leadership. Since 2005, Mr. Ito runs a consulting firm and serves as a board of director for a few companies.

Philip J. Philliou

Board Director

Mr. Philliou is Chief Executive Officer of TruBeacon, Inc. and a leader in the payments technology sector in North and South America. He formerly was an executive at American Express and MasterCard; Chief Product & Strategy Officer at UnitedHealth Group Financial Services; and Interim CEO of Grameen America. He currently is the CEO of TruBeacon, a payments technology company and is a board member of 3 VC backed start-ups.

Cory Bricker

Board Director

Mr. Bricker has more than 20 years of executive payments and logistics experience. He started his career at Arthur Andersen where he became the Regional Specialist for the JD Edwards transportation module. He later moved to Cass Information Systems where he has held several key roles including heading sales of their flagship freight audit and payment business unit, leading Cass’ supply chain finance efforts, head of corporate development and most recently heading their integrated payments business unit where services are provided to some of the nation’s best fintech providers. Mr. Bricker is a graduate of University of Missouri – Columbia where he received an undergraduate degree in Finance and an MBA in Management of Information Systems.

Mr. Tice is Co-Founder of Temperance Partners, a private investment firm focusing on investments in the financial services sector, as well as advising high net worth families. He was a Board member of Banyan Partners LLC until its sale to Boston Private Financial Holdings in 2014, and is currently a Board member of PayCargo Finance L.P.

Lionel van der Walt

Lionel van der Walt has more than 20 years of international executive leadership experience. He spent the early part of his career as an officer in the South African Air Force and later over a decade with the International Air Transport Association (IATA) where he held various leadership roles based out of South Africa, Spain and the United States.

On March 12, 2019, PayCargo LLC announced an agreement with IATA, the trade association for the world’s airlines, to jointly offer the Air Cargo Industry an advanced and efficient payment and settlement system: The IATA-PayCargo System.

About CNS

Cargo Network Services Corp. (CNS), a subsidiary of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), which is dedicated to the entire air logistics chain by providing a unique set of business solutions that meet the requirements of the Air Cargo Industry in the United States, and PayCargo LLC, have partnered to offer the U.S. Air Cargo Industry a new innovative and efficient payment solution for Imports into the U.S. called the PayCargo-CNS System.

With the PayCargo-CNS System importers will be able to make online payments within minutes, and the payment data will flow to the Airline immediately allowing the importer to pick up their cargo at the airport facility within one (1) hour for a simple flat fee of $5.00 per transaction. The Airlines will receive their funds from PayCargo-CNS overnight and see their funds in their bank account the next morning.
